Aaren was born and raised in Huntingdon County. She is an upbeat individual who is passionate about promoting awareness concerning trauma-informed care, intimate partner violence and child emotional development while working with vulnerable populations. Having received her Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy from Juniata College in 2016, she is now close to completing her Masters of Social Work from Temple University. Professionally, Aaren has worked within the child welfare system, where she specialized in permanency services, both through individual, as well as family work. She also has experience in after care services, drug and alcohol, mental health and the public school system. Aaren brings a level of creativity and dedication to Evolution Huntingdon and is excited to see what happens from here! In her free time, she focuses on being a loving and nurturing mother to her two sons. She loves to utilize the nature side that this community has to offer and also spends time creating artistically- whether that's dabbling in painting, photography or writing. As far as future goals, Aaren is aiming toward earning her LCSW and is passionate about continuing to serve the rural community of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.
