Scott has lived most of his life in Huntingdon County and is a graduate of Mount Union Area High School. He earned his degree in Corrections Administration and has over 25 years of experience working with youth and families , encouraging them to overcome obstacles and improve their well-being. Scott loves to share the success of when a family becomes stronger and self-sufficient. In his spare time, Scott enjoys going to sporting events, along with spending time at festivals with his wife and daughters.
