Ashley (Ashe) was born in Altoona and spent her grade school years in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, before returning to Altoona for college. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Penn State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at PennWest University.

Ashe previously worked as a Prevention Specialist, supporting youth in Blair County in making healthy and informed life choices. Ashe is certified in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) and has completed extensive training in drug and alcohol prevention and education and Student Assistance Program (SAP) services.

She strives to be a supportive and approachable presence for youth and is passionate about education, prevention, and helping others build the skills needed to succeed. Her approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices while still remaining personable and gearing each interaction to the individual.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys playing video games, watching horror movies, and spending time with her loveable (but very anxious) dog. She also enjoys learning about a wide variety of topics, ranging from true crime, weird history, wellness, and the supernatural!
