NOW HIRING! Evolution Counseling Services LLC is looking for an engaging, energetic, dedicated person, with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, HDFS or other related field of study to join our team. The Attendance Counseling Team (ACT 360) Program Supervisor will provide individual and group supervision weekly, work in cases with the ACT 360 Counselors, provide oversight in documentation of program files, review the billing and budgets, as well as collaborate with other providers, stakeholders and agencies. Additionally, the ACT 360 Program Supervisor will track program outcomes and report them quarterly and participate in agency outreach during community events.

ACT 360 is an all-inclusive intensive prevention/intervention counseling program that helps Huntingdon County school-aged youth and their families set and meet their goals for success. This model is unique to targeting attendance issues from a 360-degree approach. ACT 360 team will be available from routine scheduled family/youth appointments, court hearings, school meetings, transportation, and crisis intervention. ACT 360 is based on goal achievement (3 to 4 months) and not a time limited program. This position requires the ability to work non-traditional hours and be self-motivated including the ability to work mobile as needed. ACT 360 Program Supervisor will work to meet the needs of the families on their caseload. This may include evening and weekend hours, but schedules may vary from day to day and week to week. There are also 3-4 hours per week which are dedicated to individual supervision and weekly group supervisions among other varying job expectations which can be further discussed during the interview process.

The position has a starting salary of $46,000 - $54,000 (depending on degree & experience) and a tax-free mileage stipend of $4000 a year. After the 90-day probation period, employees receive 2 weeks of paid vacation and an option for medical, dental and vision benefits. Employees are eligible for the simple IRA after one year of full-time employment. Evolution matches up to 3% of the employee’s salary if they enroll and contribute to the IRA.

We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated, engaging person with a graduate (Masters) degree or enrolled in a clinical program (i.e., marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, social work. The float counselor will have the opportunity to work in different programs depending on the need. The float counselors will work in-home with children and families in Blair County experiencing issues such as crisis, mental health, truancy, behavioral issues, family conflict, and employment/career support. The position has a starting salary of $41,000 - $45,000 (depending on degree & experience) and a tax-free mileage stipend of $3,000 a year. After the 90-day probation period, employees receive 2 weeks of paid vacation and medical, dental and vision benefits. After a year, employees are eligible for the simple IRA that Evolution matches at 3%. Additionally, as a float counselor, the employee will receive on-call compensation that is provided when carrying the on-call phones and attending crisis calls during employee rotation.
